These terms apply to purchases of A Little Care for You: The Seven-Day Reset.

Your purchase

​

The Seven-Day Reset is a four-page printable PDF containing seven daily self-care prompts, gentle movement suggestions and a reusable tracker.

The price is £7, payable once. There is no subscription and no physical item will be posted. The total payable is displayed at checkout.

Delivery and access

​

After successful payment, a download link will appear on your confirmation page and will also be emailed to the address you provide.

You will need an internet connection to download the file and a device with software capable of opening PDFs. Printing is optional and any printing costs are your responsibility.

Please save your copy somewhere handy. If your email does not arrive, check your junk folder, then contact Karen for help.

Personal use

Your purchase allows you to download, save and print copies for your own personal use.

Please do not share the PDF or download link, upload it publicly, sell copies or use the content commercially without written permission. Copyright remains with Harmony Wellbeing.

Using the guide

​

This guide provides general wellbeing information. It does not provide a diagnosis, individual treatment plan or substitute for medical advice.

Please read the guidance in the PDF before trying the movements. Work within your comfort and ability, and stop if a movement causes pain or makes you feel unwell. Seek appropriate professional advice if you are unsure whether an activity is suitable for you.

Individual experiences vary; no particular result is guaranteed.

Cancellation and refunds

​

You normally have 14 days from the day after your purchase to cancel without giving a reason.

If you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you will lose your cancellation right once the download begins, that right ends when downloading starts. We will confirm your consent and acknowledgement by email.

Where your cancellation right still applies, email karen@harmonywellbeing.uk with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Include your name, purchase email address and order date. You may use the cancellation form below, but do not have to. Any refund due will be made within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, using your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

If your file is faulty, cannot be accessed or does not match its description, please contact Karen. We will provide the remedy required by law, which may include a replacement file, a price reduction or a refund. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Your details are used to process your purchase, deliver your download and provide support, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Marketing emails are optional.
