Please take a moment to review the following terms before confirming your booking: Booking Confirmation: A non-refundable deposit of either £15/£25 is required to secure your appointment for treatments Payment: The £15/£25 deposit can be paid online or in-person at the time of booking. Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time without incurring any additional charges. Cancellation Policy: The £15/£25 non-refundable deposit will be retained in case of cancellation, and any additional prepaid amounts may be refunded based on the cancellation timeframe: Cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment: No refund. Cancellation 24 hours or more in advance: Refund of additional prepaid amounts, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Late Arrivals: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate, but treatment times may need to be adjusted or modified. No-shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the £15/£25 deposit, and any additional prepaid amounts will not be refunded. Treatment Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to the scheduled treatments based on therapist availability or unforeseen circumstances. We will inform you of any changes and seek your approval before proceeding. Health and Safety: Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or concerns before your treatment. This information will help us tailor the experience to your needs and ensure your safety. Liability: Our therapists are trained professionals, but it's essential to communicate any discomfort or concerns during the treatment. We are not liable for any injuries or issues arising from undisclosed health conditions. General Conduct: We expect all clients to behave respectfully towards our staff and other clients.
